ASOS Goodies

Happy New year to you all! I know it may seem a bit belated saying this now,  but as this is the first post of 2012, it's the first chance I'm getting to say this to you all :D

The sales were a total waste of time, but over the Christmas period I did pick up a few things from ASOS. Of course they were on sale as buying anything full price on that site makes me feel cheated, am I the only one that feels this way lol. I was in need of new accessories, I tend to reach for the same things all the time so I wanted to shake it up a bit. I've been getting more and more minimal with what I wear on my arms, If you've been reading my blog for a while you'll know that I used to pile on the bangles, but I'm not feeling that look at the moment. The cuffs were a done deal for me as 1. I regret not getting the H&M ones when I had the chance and 2. they make a statement without looking "too much". Of course I picked up some makeup, I'll be posting what I bought on my beauty blog soon!

Winter Heat

Two posts up in one day, I just hate feeling like I have a backlog of posts so I'm putting this one up :D The weather was so lovely when I was taking these pictures. I has layered up preparing to be battered by the merciless British winds, however I was pleasantly surprised and instead I was greeted by some beautiful rays.... British weather is odd like that.

I threw the oversized cardie over this H&M dress as it meant that I could get more wear out of it. I love the fit and colour so I don't see why it should only be seen in the summer time. To be honest I'm not a big dress wearer, mainly because I don't find them as versatile as say a skirt and top would be, I like having options.Oh and if you're wondering about the chains on my jacket, my sister lost the belt thingy after taking the jacket without permission, so I had to improvise.

Hey everyone! So I know I've been mia and not really posting regularly, but my hiatus is over and I hope to be posting more. I've not really been reading fashion blogs these days, I've become a beauty blog addict! I'm on the hunt for new fashion blogs to read, so if any of you could recommend any good blogs to me that would be great,  I like blogs to have a nice layout and really good quality pictures.

Now on to the outfit :D I think I need to put this bag away, but I just love it so much! It fits everything and doesn't feel heavy, no matter what kind of crap I put in there. But I need to show my other bags some love now. I'm just in such a funk with my wardrobe at the moment, I find myself reaching for the same things over and over. I seriously don't even remember the last time I went on a shopping spree, its safe to say my wardrobe needs an over haul.

Graduation

On the 16th I finally graduated! It's safe to say that I was NOT interested at all, however on the actual day I got so caught up in the excitement of it all, that I really ended up enjoying myself. Uni has been a long 4 year journey, and I'm glad that I've come away with invaluable life experiences, and the best friends a girl could have (moo moos you know who you are :P ). So to all of you who are still slogging it out in that noisy library, enjoy it while it lasts, once you leave you'll soon find yourself missing it. I'm getting all sentimental so its time I stopped blabbering :D

youtube meetup

On wednesday I attended a youtube meetup with Jenny(Beautybyjj), liz (lizlizlive), Wande (wandesworld), Chanel (amatoffee), Bisa (Bisanation) and Zahra (kawaiinails). It's fun meeting people you watch already as you feel like you almost know them, so there were no awkward moments thankfully. We all met at the Westfield in Stratford for a spot of shopping and a bite to eat at nandos. It was a long day with plenty of walking, the place is just too darn large in my opinion, but by the end of it we'd pretty much decided that another one must take place soon.
